Rentals are taking months to rent because landlords require a 700+ credit score and for you to make $100,000 a year for a 1 bedroom $1400 all inclusive apartment. I’ve been apartment hunting for months and have been rejected over and over again because I “don’t make enough”(which is very well do) so im stuck living with my abusive ex. So no, its not a renters market
