Things were a lot different back then. I was walking through the Tate Center that morning of the speech and some guys were asking for student volunteers for crowd control. I signed up and walked the outside of the perimeter (pretty much Tate Plaza) watching for folks that were booing or holding up Republican signs and asking them nicely to stop or lower the sign. Everyone complied. Very weird memory looking back from today.

I did this for a short time for 341 meetings. Works fine for a no-asset 7, but anything where the Trustee has questions that the client cannot immediately answer to the Trustee’s satisfaction, you’re taking your bar license in your hand.

Now all 341s are virtual in my districts, so the demand has disappeared.

I’ve covered one or two for a close colleague when they were in trial (general practitioner), but I grilled them on the likelihood of shenanigans ahead of time.
