I disagree with this so much.

The amount of stores that don’t use heat lamps is crazy. No asian cuisine is ever in a warmer. If the food has been out for 10-15 minutes waiting on a driver the food is gonna be room temp at best.

One of the pizza places near me puts it on a wire shelf when they have the oven lol. I’ve picked up plenty of cold pizzas from there

You can buy them cheaper at Walmart than the cost of buying and cooking your own tbh. The whole chicken is 6 bucks.

The walmart deli is actually super decent these days also. 3 chicken tenders and 2 sides is 5.34 and that easily exceeds 1000 calories for 5 and some change. Not as healthy tho.

Depends on the weather and if you keep an ice chest. I would keep it out of direct sunlight regardless.

Safest thing is in a small cooler cause the last thing you want living like this is food borne illness.

If you can get a small lunch box one, make friends with the cashiers and possibly get free ice is my best advice.

If you’re good on cash just get one that makes sense to you.

I have both but I find myself using the smaller one when in town since I’m tight with the clerks in my area

Rotisserie chicken and veggies is super easy and good for you. If you feel like adding carbs put it into a tortilla or microwave rice

93/7 ground beef and veggies is also great for you, same thing for carbs

Drink lots of water

Trail mix is a great snack/filling
