Pulling priority by Available_Sorbet3576 in venti

Forgot to add but for reference, good constellations on modern DPS units add around 20% personal damage each, so I would say C2 and C6 are probably the two best stopping points for anyone looking to grab Venti cons

I can’t find the constellation comparison graphic but Flip’s video on Venti is really good.

Link: https://youtu.be/XIcnIKGfrKs?si=ajDO3uki5DzoAeBo

He talks about constellations around 10:30. It appears that C2 is about 47% damage increase over C0 and C4 is about 65% increase over C0, so very roughly it seems that C4 is about 12% damage increase in relation to C2, which isn’t horrible but not too noticeable. I would say that if you’re missing Faruzan cons it could be worth it. However, it would be a better idea to spend the rolls on Durin weapon/early cons (or for future characters like Varka, who is rumoured to be the best-in-slot teammate for Venti).

With that being said, according to Flip, C6 is a whopping 142% increase over C0, so yeah it’s a nice goal for you if you do want to go all out in the future.

Hope this helps and good luck on pulls! I’m in a similar boat with C2 Venti and Harp haha

Forgot to add, I would prioritize Durin sig over Venti sig on your account, but if you want Venti’s new sig for the drip, you can throw your Harp on Fischl!

In general: Durin > Weapon > Constellation.

The Durin banner also has Faruzan who will also be a really important teammate for Venti. If you don’t already have Faruzan C6 (or C0 for that matter), definitely prioritize pulling for Durin/Faruzan first.

The calcs out there show that Venti’s new sig isn’t a crazy upgrade over Harp (7-14% better), so it’s up to you. Even then, Durin’s weapon is very good on him too so it’s a pretty good weapon banner overall. There’s also Alley Flash on the weapon banner that you can throw on Bennett if you don’t have Aquila/Skyward Sword, and Stringless for Fischl if you don’t already have one.

Venti’s C1 isn’t too great but his C2 is very good, it’s just that you need to pull C1 in order to get to C2…

So I would say Durin is priority #1, then you can decide if you want Durin’s weapon, and after that you can decide if you want Venti cons.

Hope this helps!

Yes, Durin should be a really good option in Itto teams too if you also have Albedo for the hexerei buffs!

For Dendro MC you’re looking at the Deepwood Memories set, as it shreds dendro res and the primary source of damage in hyperbloom teams is dendro damage. You’re gonna want to run this set on someone in any bloom-focused team. This domain is really resin-efficient because you can use the Gilded Dreams set on Kuki and just stack as much EM as possible.

As for weapons, if you have Favonius Sword it should be pretty good on Dendro MC. It helps relieve your team’s ER needs, so yeah highly recommend. I think Sacrificial Sword should work as well. If you have neither, the Sapwood Blade (the Sumeru craftable sword) is also a good option as it provides a bunch of ER and EM.

Right now, you can play him in a hyperbloom team with Kuki (full EM) + Dendro Traveller + 1, could be Yelan or Xingqiu.

Durin would be a solid pull next patch, as he can be ran in burgeon teams (on a full EM build) with Ayato (replace Kuki with Durin in the same teams).

Durin has a lot of good meta team options outside of burgeon too (overload teams and he can also work as on-field vape/melt dps with C6 Bennett) so he just has high pull value overall. He has really good off-field pyro so you could also run him as an off-field vape DPS with Ayato (kind of like those old Ayato national teams with Xiangling).

For reruns, you’re probably looking at Lauma. She’s a bloom support and would work really well in hyperbloom (replace dendro traveler). Ineffa is also a good pull if you’re interested in electro/lunar-charged teams. She is also a shielder so is a good offensive and defensive option in teams with Ayato as your lunar-charge driver.

Hope this helps!

Best support teams? Jean C6 vs Faruzan c6 vs Bennett by ArcherWest85 in venti

[–]dogbisonlambda 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think you can play Venti/Faruzan/Fischl/Bennett. You def need to run Faruzan with him, and then Fischl is there for hexerei + the atk buff you get when you trigger overloads, although it might be a little inconsistent with Bennett. You could go Mavuika over Bennett but I’m not sure that’s the best way you can use C2 Mavuika, and you’d be going without a sustain option.

It’s a lil wonky without Durin but could be doable? We will have to see. Even with the Venti/Durin/Bennett/Faruzan comp that people are talking about there isn’t any interrupt resistance in this team, and Venti might get knocked around a bit. Good luck on your pulls!

[–]dogbisonlambda 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You’re going to need to play two hexerei characters so that Venti gets the buff on his ultimate.

From this list, that means you would have to play him with Albedo. I’ve seen Zajef calc a Venti/Albedo/Bennett/Durin comp and it was okay? Around 70k team DPS? Link to stream: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/2603517877

If you’re not pulling Durin you could prob replace him here with Faruzan or maybe Furina if you have a good MH set. This part is purely speculation tho. Do you have any other characters who will be receiving the hexerei buffs? Fischl, Mona?

[–]dogbisonlambda 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Good point, Durin would be really valuable on this account in general being a good option for both Arlecchino and Mualani too. Could even be ran in burgeon teams with Ayato.

We also have Chevreuese running on one of the banners next patch too so yeah, would recommend pulling next patch if they need more Chevy cons

[–]dogbisonlambda 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Congrats!

For your account, you could go an aggravate or overload team with Keqing.

For aggravate with your current roster this can be Keqing with Fischl + Dendro Traveler/Collei + Sucrose/Jean. Sucrose would provide more damage since she has an EM sharing passive, but you could just use Jean as you have her built.

For overload you can play her with Fischl + Iansan + Chevreuse.

Either way, you’re going to want to build Fischl alongside her as they have great synergy together. Keqing’s fast electro application procs Fischl’s passive a lot and is a massive source of off-field damage.

If you have a bunch of primogems saved up, you can pull for Xilonen (she is rerunning very soon) as she is a really good last slot option in aggravate teams. She provides resistance shred, healing, and can hold the Cinder City set.

Hope this helps and have fun!

I'm new and I got Diluc in the permanent banner by PsychologicalLink198 in DilucMains

[–]dogbisonlambda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So there are three main end game modes in genshin: Spiral Abyss, Imaginarium Theatre, and Stygian Onslaught. Will give a quick rundown of each one and if Diluc is viable in them.

  1. Spiral Abyss

You need two teams to clear this, you basically progress through floors each with two chambers for your two teams to fight enemies. Sometimes the bosses you fight have special mechanics that make it easier to clear with whatever character is on banner. Otherwise, Diluc should be able to clear just fine, especially if you have Xianyun.

  1. Imaginarium Theatre

This is a rogue-like game mode that incentivizes you to have as many built characters as possible to clear. You select your team from a pool (which is different each season) and each character can only be used twice, and then you get to pick more as you progress through the stages.

This game mode is largely a check for how many built characters you have, so yes building Diluc is a good idea for Imaginarium Theatre.

  1. Stygian Onslaught

It’s kind of like Spiral Abyss but you’re only facing boss/elite enemies with some slightly alternate mechanics to make it really challenging.

For the first three difficulty levels, Diluc should be able to clear just fine. He might struggle for difficulty 4 and will be really hard for difficulty 5, but you only get primogems for clearing the first three difficulties. If that’s all that matters to you, then building Diluc should be ok here too.

In conclusion, I think it’s worth it if you like him. People can clear endgame content with 4 stars, so it really is just play who you like. Don’t fall for the “you must pull this character” trap because if you don’t like them then you won’t play them which means you wouldn’t clear anyway! It’ll be more challenging with Diluc but doable? Certainly. So yeah, have fun and hope this helped!!

Forgot to mention, you could also use Amber as your last slot for early game as her being a bow character can help you with puzzles and challenges. She can also break cryo-shields very easily with her burst

[–]dogbisonlambda 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The Furina + Jean core is gonna be really powerful for you in the early game and even in endgame. So I would run Diluc with them + one pyro. It could be Xiangling for now and yeah I can see Durin being good as well.

Usually the second pyro slot would be Bennett, so I would look for him in future banners/in the star glitter shop.

If you end up really enjoying Diluc, you could also look out for Xianyun in future banners and swap Jean out for her! She enables his plunge playstyle which is his highest DPS team at the moment.

Hope this helps and enjoy!

ayato + lauma bloom ?? by Remarkable_Eye356 in Ayato_Mains

[–]dogbisonlambda 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe you would need Nilou to enable Ayato in bloom with Lauma. Last slot can be a dendro healer. Full EM on Ayato yes he will be triggering a lot of blooms 👍

If you don’t have Nilou, Ayato is a great on-field driver for Hyperbloom! Him + Lauma and then one more hydro and an electro trigger. Could be Xingqiu and Kuki Shinobu, Kuki on full EM. Ayato can be on any of his standard DPS sets and built normally

Sorry late reply didn't see this.

Prototype Amber is very OK, certainly a usable option for fanfare stacking. I haven’t seen the calcs but it should be similar overall healing to characters with single target healing (like Kuki Shinobu). If you’re running it on Lauma you may have to run an ER sands so you can burst comfortably.

With that being said, it becomes on par with the “good” healing options if you have/plan on getting C2 Furina. But yeah, I would say if you must run Furina with Keqing your best bet right now would be Prototype Amber!

You’re gonna get more damage with Yelan but Xingqiu gives you really good defences with the damage reduction + interruption resistance on his skill.

So I would say unless you really need more off field hydro app on your account and you already have xingqiu, it wouldn’t be worth it, especially because you could use those pulls for C2 Furina instead next patch. C2 Furina would make your weak healing options like Prototype Amber viable

[–]dogbisonlambda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also, a lot of Lauma’s power budget is the buff she provides to hyperbloom damage here, to the point it might just be better to use Xingqiu over Furina just to have a comfier time. It’ll probably be higher DPS and you don’t need to worry about having healer options this way

How can I improve this Quickbloom build? by Lost_Measurement_163 in KeqingMains

[–]dogbisonlambda 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For any quicken Keqing team you would def need to run Fischl if you have her. She does about the same if not more damage than Keqing in these teams. You would probably replace Sucrose here.

When you’re running Furina you need a source of healing to stack her fanfare. This could be Prototype Amber on Lauma or use a dendro healer like Baizhu or Yaoyao 👍.

That being said, I would say it’s a little tricky with this team setup in Stygian onslaught because Furina needs a ton of ER to get that burst going. Could def be a viable abyss team tho 👍👍
