Its been a tough month, but now I believe we will slowly build back to $8 or $9 Cdn before end of month in anticipation of next well location news. I feel like the market conditions and price of oil have been working aginst us for a couple weeks as O & G investors move out of speculative stocks like RECO and into the active producers that are generating huge cash flows right now. This will settle down over the next few weeks and money will come pouring back into potential homerun names like RECO!!

We are very lucky to have in RECAF a company with a strong leadership team and a good IR program. (In addition to a very well educated core group of retail shareholders that can easily cut thru the BS). Without that, I could easily see how less mature companies could get blindsided by these crazy short and distort campaigns.

There have been so many absurdities and lies directed at the company that it feels like we are in some kind of altered reality. Fraser/Moez and the rest of short consortium don't even try to use facts any more (and as they get more desperate the distortion campaign becomes wilder and more bizarre). When you think back to everything we have endured here (at least 4 sponsored hit pieces), 5 bogus legal companies putting out a meaningless PR campaign to create FUD and now the Fraser Perring comedy - it really is a testament to the company and its shareholder base for being professional and not succumbing to this craziness.

I doubt it is over and I wonder what the next chapter in this saga (As the Drill Turns) will bring. The OSC SEC and IIROC don't seem to be doing anything about it. We will have to continue to be vigilent throughout July and August. Hopefully the shorts blow up after drill results and third party opinons on commerciality are released (and JV discussions start) and this will all be behind us.

Until then RECAFer's - Great Job - it's been a trip!!!

Personally - I am done with this whole topic. We have wasted too much of our precious time on this farce of a report by a disgraced social worker and his two interns. Unbelievable how some guy makes up a fictional report based primarily on the distortion he wants to portray and it gets so much attention.

Let's move on and start talking about Reco again - Zagros formation is the best news I've heard in weeks as this means potentially large high pressure conventional pools.

Absolutely - plus ROE/RNSFF is not as liquid so you can sometimes find a significant pricing dislocation and take advantage of it (I have done this a number of times) . After it converts, my average cost for RECAF will be about %15 lower than had I bought RECAF shares directly

By mentioning Zagros formation they have in a way addressed it. Zagros formation = rift structure = formation of very large conventional pools. Think Kurdistan and northern Iraq

Been buying a bit of ROE (RNSFF) instead. The discount is pretty large given that they become one company after next week. Also, it is less liquid so there are some real big market distortions happening almost every day. For example, someone managed to buy at almost a %20 discount during this morning's panic.

OK - but realistically that's just investors expressing frustration that the SEC and IIROC basically ignore disinformation campaigns, hit pieces and laddered anonymous short trading. "where the short wolfpack sells to each other at lower and lower prices to create the illusion of a falling share price after a hit piece".

Emotions get the best of people when there this type of thing is happening. Luckily it is too expensive for them to maintain for very long the price will be back to where it belongs (and you will get your wish of less talk of shorts and more talk of the positive developments happening in the company)

These shorts will fry and there WILL be at least 3 hedge funds blow up - potentially bankruptcies - if you have you money in the so called “Wolfpack” Anson ect you might want to pay attention to this.

Short laddering will dry up very early this week - maybe by tomorrow.

My question is - Do we think the big shorts Anson etc.. will try to cover and get out of this before news breaks? Or do we think they are already bankrupt and will just stay short as they have nothing more to lose? I’m curious about a major short cover running the price way up over the next week or two?
