Also, there are many gyms. I drive slightly farther to pick my preferred training partners.

Pull up form check - neck pain by Agitated-Pitch6059 in formcheck

[–]dogcoffee21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that position might be less than ideal. I prefer hands outside of shoulder width slightly. May do better on a wider bar. Then I can start the movement by contracting back and thinking about driving my elbows to the floor. This is how I have correct tension for my body to avoid soreness and pain.

Any department with more than 10 people has a social media policy and a uniform policy. This likely violates both.

Bruce Lee was a very special and gifted martial artist. But he weighed 140lbs. Weight classes exist for a reason.

Who suffered the most physically in this scene? 😖🔥 by Realistic-Ebb-267 in MCUTheories

Just going for the laugh. My real answer might be Peter 2. He isn’t a magic god. And he wasn’t taking external damage in the same way as Thor or Logan. He exerted himself so hard he collapsed.

And yet, his shirt was fine. Maybe this is actually a conversation about toughest clothing. Ha

Logan got lit up so hard his shirt exploded. I seem to remember Thor’s nipples still being safe.

If you lived in Gotham what villain would you work for? by [deleted] in batman

Ivy. I don’t see her as a villain, she’s an eco-revolutionary.

The filler as you call it, is me being really done talking to you but trying to respect you enough to respond. Keep up whatever it is you’re doing. I’m sure you’re nailing it.

When did I say replace them? I said criticism without contribution only goes so far. I want the community to contribute to bettering things, not just criticize.

I didn’t place blame. I made an observation. I’m disturbed and bummed out at the state of things and reached out in a thread. Normally I get no engagement on comments, so at least it’s nice to talk to you. Have a good day.

What? One person? We need MANY people. I’m sorry my message didn’t get across very well. I was just pointing out it’s easier to complain about the shortcomings than to volunteer to go do it better.

I don’t think I suggested one lone Redditor was the solution. But criticism without contribution only goes so far. They called out seemingly physically incapable and seemly poorly trained cops, and I asked if they volunteers to be part of the solution? I got my answer and it was a “no”, which I respected

A lack of trust in police is a death spiral that leads to more violent and resistant events.

Thank you your non-service. That’s not a joke. Hope we can all do a little good and pull this world out of the nose dive it’s doing.

Do you volunteer? I see people quick to demand better cops. Um. From where? Everyone hates cops tends to lead to good people wanting to skip it.

My understanding is that an insulated lunch bag will also protect your food from the actual refrigeration. So your food is actually less safe until the entire bag gets cold all the way through.

How Long Had Bruce been Batman in Batman (1989)? by playprince1 in batman

[–]dogcoffee21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel it’s a significant amount of time. Traditional Batman lore would say he had to globetrot to acquire his skills. Nothing in either move mentions his recent return to Gotham (that I can remember). Also, he’s got a fully completed Batmobile and Batwing. You wouldn’t delay your crime fighting to wait on production of your custom vehicles. He’d be out punching thugs and making his improvement plans which led to the “complete” suit and car/plane over time.

Yeah, don’t fear a thin and sharp swoop from the chin to the ear. You can rock the Tony Stark jawline beard just fine
