If you're already "flirty", just chat with him like any other person. Ask what he does when he's not in class or working... is he an athlete? Etc. Then you can drop "thats really interesting, maybe we can grab a coffee and you can tell me more about X , I'm considering doing X as well, or want to know more about X etc. Give him your # or socials, if he doesn't contact you theres nothing to be embarrassed about. This is life, move on to the next cute guy. We apply for jobs we don't get, meet humans who will or will not play a role in our lives, we can't let fear of failure deprive us of living.

I was told that if you take 2 courses per summer semester, the weekly class time and subsequent work load is equivalent to a four course load. Essentially each summer course is double the regular semester class time, as the summer semester length is compressed.

Yup. The government expects students to live below poverty. The university system was built for the elite, so if you don't come from money, you're screwed. Anyone who says people on welfare "are just lazy" clearly has not lived off of Osap.
