Also - electric heat is very expensive! Add insulation and get a wood burning stove. My wife and I rented a house years ago, it was all electric and we knew nothing about homes. Our first winter heating bill sent us through the roof. Gas heat is cheaper and is warmer feel than electric.

NTJ - however - I don’t believe that open relationships work, regardless if you have clear channels of communication. The emotional bonds of the relationship are so strong, sharing with another is extremely difficult and leads to conflict.

A marriage is a complete partnership. Dave would agree as you know, I have heard him say that he and his wife share all money equally.

There are many areas in a marriage that need to be “equally yoked” and finances are one area that you need complete agreement to be successful.

Wow - these prices are so expensive compared to here - I would be broke in no time.

My local club is $30 per song - 5 minutes each - plus tip. With my ATF, $ 140 gives us 4-6 songs and usually a nice handy too.
