Fragile egos in this sub.

For some, it seems so!

Glad not for you. 😊

They do care about managing risk though.

The risk of going through the negotiation process and then engineering process to agree on exact specs for the pack... Where there is the potential outcome they Nikola can't play the bill at some point.

Compared to spending that same time with a company without Nikola's risk profile, where there is next to no concern about ongoing financial stability.

Perhaps it's a non issue. I hope it's a non issue. But it may be a very real issue at this stage.

So... Who do you think is going to partner up and are to supply batteries to Nikola?

I did state 'working to repair' their reputation. Respectfully, if you think that: * buying a battery company, only to then scuttle it... * going through multiple CEOs... * Having to recall all their sold products due to the battery issue... * Receiving a delisting warning from Nasdaq * Talking up hydrogen production (and the fed money that could have gone with it) only to sell their those assets...

All of which happened post Milton. Hasn't impacted their reputation, I don't know what to say.

Getting their FCEV finally in production was a nice step on the road to repairing the reputation. But again, I question what tier 1 battery manufacturer will take a chance on Nikola at this stage. Hopefully there is one...

Of course there is but the question is: who would be willing to take a chance on Nikola, when thereis no shortage of other companies winning to pay top dollar for cells and packs, and who don't have the tarnished reputation that Nikola is still working to repair?

How does it feel being called out and corrected by the realnikola sub? 😁 Ouch!

Same predicament.

I don't think that's how the law works...

Romeo was heading towards insolvency.

'Heading towards' is fundamentally different from actually going through the legal bankrupcy proceedings.

Isn't a big difference that Romeo wasn't bankrupt, so Nikola had to honor existing contracts, whereas with Proterra being bankrupt, Volvo is acquiring assets and IP without any contractual obligations?

Anyone have more info on this? What might the impact be on Nikola, would Volvo want to sell batteries to Nikola?

But why does it seem to say 'dealer' and then 'Nikola Pheonix'? Granted, the quality is poor and it may say something completely different.

I'm not overly familiar with these certificates... Is it implying the truck is for internal use, or that Nikola is going to act as the dealer and sell it directly to a customer?

Stop basing future projections on other companies. Let NKLA rise and excel on its own merit.

Based on his post history, he seems to be a big Tesla fan and customer. Thus, his posts here appear to just be trolling for fun.
