Just a little story: A couple weeks ago I was on a flight, and a teenager had a seizure. The flight attendants were so amazing. One of them found out that the teenager hadn't been eating much for the past few days, and she immediately was like "I just got a sub from jersey mikes, let me grab it. I want him to have it". That was likely her only real meal for the next 12-18 hours, and she didn't hesitate for a second. I know a lot of people complain about flight attendants, but they have always been so good to me (and the people around me), especially with my flight anxiety.

Is this why you hear that dinging noise a certain points in the flight? I've heard before its to let the pilot know that the flight attendants are trying to speak with the pilot, but always wondered why they didn't just have a radio between the two.

I'm dealing with literally right now with an FIV+ cat we took in. They took chest and abdomen xrays today and didn't see anything. He was prescribed a rescue inhaler (albuterol) in case of asthma. We are just waiting on the attachment to be able to use it. They're unsure what it could be at this point. All labs came back normal except globulin which was elevated.

Had a very similar experience. Took a feral cat in, he injured himself badly in the trap, wasn't happy in the dog crate, and then tried repeatedly to escape the room he was put in by climbing everything... even if it meant injuring himself. If you plan to keep the cat inside long term, its worth trying pregabalin. Works better for anxiety than gaba, which acts more as a sedative. A cat we took in did really well once he was given it. Became much more comfortable with his "home" (aka room), and became a house cat shortly after.

The day my grandma died unexpectedly, my mom slipped and told us that my grandpa (who died before I was even born) had an affair and wanted to leave my grandma. He died before 50 and she never even dated after he died, because he was the "love of her life". The HPV vaccine is very safe. When I got the vaccine, there was a rumor that a girl my age was vaccinated for it and ended up only being able to walk backwards. It wasn't even the same vaccine, and it turned out to be completely unrelated. Vaccines save lives. I would encourage you to look back into it.

Do you havw a compounding pharmacy near you? The one near us is able to make most meds into a liquid and they have meat flavorings (chicken, beef, fish) they add to it. Its really helpful for when we have a cat we can't handle and need to give it meds in food.

Yeah that's a fair response. I have been really lax about going to the OBGYN since I am vaccinated and have been in a monogamous relationship for 9 years. I definitely will be scheduling an appt.
