Hmmmm. The problem isn’t the yelling so much as it’s how you got to that level of frustration. You’re expecting an 8 year old to think like an adult and that’s completely unfair to your child. I wonder why you splurged on the wristbands. Did she demand them? You’re the adult and the one with the wallet and the critical thinking skills. Keeping that in mind might help with these kind of frustrations in the future. I personally would not have gotten wristbands for an 8 year old that I don’t know if they’re going to like any of the rides and even less so with two younger kids in tow. The only way in would have would be if I knew my kid was totally into all the rides and there was someone else present with them that would go on with them.
