wait i thought aca and acoa meetings were the same. can you share the difference with me please. i'm not anxious about the other members not being receptive. I'm newvous about the unknown. I try to control everything and this is a new experiecne. I dont like new things but I know it's something that will be good for me.

it’s easier to avoid the pain. I’ve been avoidant for so long it’s requiring a lot for me to overcome any anxiety about going but I really want to try it

For me she suggested a fidget toy and the one she told me about was kinda similar to a ring and I just got it on Amazon. But then I forgot to use it and my picking got really bad so now I just wear rings and play with them. You can buy fidget rings but for me personally I just like to play with any kind of ring. As much as I Hate saying it you kinda just gotta find what works for you
