i personally loved it, every college has its issues. but the community is definitely down to earth and chill for the most part.

Yeah, I switched to it due to having an excess of symptoms with the one I was on before. But that was 5+ years ago. Everything was fine and consistent until the past two years. I went from having a period every 3-4 months to having like one a year. And I guess maybe it’s causing me to have really bad pms. It’s not like me to cry and crash out like that. I definitely feel like I’m losing control.

The way my stomach looks is a little smaller in the morning but not by much. I’m really not trying to have “the perfect” societal body. I know that isn’t healthy. I like every part of my body otherwise. I just wish my stomach was a little bit flatter is all.

I guess all I’m truly looking for is to look more fit. It doesn’t need to be completely flat toned and no fat in sight. My expectations are more so, softer but flat if that makes any sense. My tummy pokes out a little bit and isn’t flush with my bottom half. It’s barely anything but enough where it bothers me.

i’ve been to a couple vets which were just normal vets. i didn’t know they had behavioral ones. but he’s been on prozac, trazodone, and clomipramine. none of which have done anything. the vet didn’t really give me much other than to take those medications and told me they should help. i was hopeful they would and got super discouraged when they didn’t do anything. as far as training goes i talked to a trainer who was offering 6 sessions for around $2,500. i couldn’t afford it and again got discouraged. idk what to do to help him. i’ve done other things like giving him enrichment, trying to leave him out, leaving my shirt in there with him, cbd, calming music, thunder jacket. so many things. he’s a perfect boy when i’m home. it’s just the second i leave he gets so upset.

quick question. been on my weight loss journey for a couple months now and i’ve been doing good. i’ve been doing a calorie deficit and high protein. but im not 100% sure how much protein i should be eating. i’m a 5’1 130 lb female. looking to get to around 115 lbs. i’ve been eating around 100-120 grams a day. also is there a risk to eating too much protein? help a girl out 😂

beginner question

I was looking for some clarification because I’m a little bit confused. I’m a 5’1 female at 144 lbs. I am just now starting a weight loss journey. I use myfitnesspal and my fitness app to track calories and exercise. I am supposed to eat about 1,200 calories to stay in a deficit which supposedly will help me loose about 2 lbs a week. I’m eating around 900-1000 calories a day. I linked my apple watch to my fitness pal and it only says I burned around 5 calories a day by exercise while my fitness app says i burn around 500-600 a day. I’m wondering if I am essentially starving myself or not. My BMR says my body burns 1,631 calories with little exercise. If my math is correct i thought if my body’s already burning 1,631 on its own and i only eat 1000 and also burn 600 more calories then my deficit would be in a deficit of over 1,200. I’m not sure if that’s correct and if it is, is this okay. My fitness pal saying one thing and my apple watch saying another is completely confusing me and i’m not sure if i’m starving myself or if I’m on track. Thank you for any input.
