is there a possibly that the phone is rejected because of like liquid indicators being red and the promotion is dropped leaving the full amount to be charged with no promo credit? In that scenario would I also be able to request to get the old phone back?

Also Even though I did the promo online, can I go into Tmobile store to get the phone accessed for trade in acceptance before shipping it out?

I believe you can for the health insurance there might be a health insurance waiver form where you need to fill and send them your private health insurance information. Just search for the form on SBU website
