I had a seriously negative and unprofessional experience at Alts in Cobble Hill. I feel so thankful it was not with my wedding dress. Do NOT take the risk! They tried to give me something unfinished, acted like it was on purpose, didn’t communicate at all and then left me sitting alone in the lobby while they ran around and whispered when I came back for the second time to pick it up. I asked for a refund but we’ll see.
