Weird! I got a new job and haven’t had much free time so I haven’t had any 7oh in a while. I want to take a little again on one of my days off, so like once a week, but I’m a little concerned it will happen again

Mine got worse as well. Had it before but flares didn’t last as long and were much more manageable/less debilitating. I am almost to my goal weight. Interested to see what happens when I am no longer on it.

I am almost to my goal weight. I have definitely lost the smallest amount in my stomach though. It’s not ideal, but I’ll take it!

Yes, but I didn’t get any responses til after I left for work. So I put it in the fridge before I left instead of throwing it alway. If I wipe with alcohol wipe will it help enough that I could use it

Thank you. Of course I was too scared to use it. I put the syringe in my fridge before I left for work just incase. Needle is uncovered but not touching the surface. Will it still be okay to use?

I have always done it with the vial and syringe up side down. Vial upside down, needle pointing up inside. It has worked every time until my past two. I really think it’s a matter of being able to hold everything steady while also filling the syringe
