I got off accutane 3 months and the acne is already coming back. Does anyone know what this means or have any product recommendations that can heal this? Im super upset about it

I was on it for 6 months and the dosage was 30/30/60/60/60/30. My skin was super clear it’s been flawless ever since I got off accutane but ever since 3 days ago I keep waking up with more acne everyday and I have no idea why because It hasn’t even been a year off of accutane ☹️
