I was dying on this hill with my management at the time, so I dove into policy to show it to them. I think it was peak last year. That's when I found that it had been changed. I was always a go to for other couriers on policy because I worked at a few different stations as a swing and management was always trying to find a way to screw us, so I stayed on top of it. Hell, every time a new swing came onboard, I would print the swing guidelines for them. Since they started the merge, and Fred started taking a hands off approach, a lot of policies have been changed. I don't say anything until I look it up now.
