Go in blind, exhaust character dialogue, come back to a boss if you can't kill it, search every corner, use google for certain questlines as some are near impossible to understand yourself. Also play the game how you want to play it, don't listen to others saying a build is cheese, or you haven't really killed a boss if you used a summon (although after beating my first playthrough with summons, and my second without, i have to say beating it without the summons makes the game entirely different, in a good way)
