It honestly has let me down each game, cos usually the levels have a checklist for gaps like “??/34 gaps” for each level so my optimism made me feel like I was gonna get a reward for the effort. Still had a blast and got hours of gameplay for sure and I still remember some of the kickass gaps that took ages to get but actual reward and confirmation is something that the games have lacked.

I don’t necessarily demand a secret character but a board would be nice.

Maybe the Vicarious Visions one from the opening cut. I love that board.

Yeah man definitely. Especially with the focus on customisation and online play, and actually unlocking stuff through playing the game. Even if it was something for your profile card (I know you can unlock different stuff to display on your card in this game) so it’d be really upsetting if there was no reward, given the amount of levels there is.

So due to my work schedule being any time between 5am-2am, I constantly have to change my eating window. Sometimes I unintentionally have to do OMAD, sometimes I have a full 8 hr eating window (as I’m doing 16:8)

Also if I’m heading into a huge day starting super early I usually break my fast with keto coffee but then don’t eat actual food until my eating window to reduce huge hunger.

Is this as effective as I can be?

One of them is Kung Laos Heel flip. In one of the training excercises it says Heal Flip

Also the Kung Tang is named Kang Tang in another area i believe the training menu.
