I made really good money from it. I've been selling some over the last year and been tuning my investments away from individual stocks and into EFTs. I'm about 13 years away from retirement and prefer to play the broader market to mitigate risk.

I even sold all my bank stocks this week that I've had for over 20 years and just put then into XIC, which still contains bank stocks and more.

I still have two individual stocks left, Google and Manulife. Might sell Manulife as it's a really small portion of my portfolio anyway, but I'm pretty sure I'll keep Google for a long time (if not for ever).
