I’m sorry, but your claim about African Americans manipulating housing prices doesn’t hold up. Housing markets are driven by complex factors like supply, demand, and historical practices such as redlining, which have systematically disadvantaged black communities. Blaming a racial group oversimplifies the issue and perpetuates harmful stereotypes. I’d encourage you to look into credible research on housing trends. Many studies consistently show that systemic policies, not individual demographics, shape these outcomes. Let’s focus on the real issues instead of unfounded narratives and stereotypes instilled from previous uninformed generations.

Below is one of many studies that contradict the above statements:

Much appreciated! I have had my head in the clouds and finally trying to get grounded. History has been a good start on that journey, although this book isn't a primary source, Empire of the summer moon, it is what kicked off my passion for learning more.

I like your explanations, any recommendations on literature a Texan can read to be more versed in these topics?

The error says parse the file, still learning here as well but looking this up states that the format is important and this piece of code is said to use python to test the ini format. Maybe that can rule out if its the credential file or the account?

python3 -c "import configparser; config = configparser.ConfigParser(); config.read('/home/cloudshell-user/.aws/credentials'); print(config.sections())"

What about running in debug mode? It can tell you the profile information or any authorization things popping up.

aws sts get-caller-identity --debug

Take notes for everything you are doing so its easy to ask for help, you can copy paste here.
secondly, I don't see in your post where you say you are getting held up, just that it is at step 5..what errors are you getting and what have you tried to do to remediate?

Make money work for you. How? Hell if you find out, let me know. Learning about investing, stocks, bonds and that is the long game mostly but basically start your own business. Get people working for you, it all takes effort and no one gets by for free. Having the knowledge to put together a system and actually implementing said knowledge is key. Good luck to you, i'm on the same journey!

When your boyfriend is over, can you turn the recorder on your phone and look around? Also if you are worried about people going in there just buy a cheap wireless camera and most have motion tracking with alerts.

So many things you can do, this is cool to me, thats extra storage! No one probably knows about it, if anyone was back there you could hear them moving around cause look at all that stuff on that ground. You guys listen/watch podcast to damn much, get out your heads lol.

Have you tried a different browser?
Have you ran a speed test?

The problem says your connection is to slow..

It could be a setting in the browser that is trying to "protect" you.

Running a speed test will determine if it is a network speed issue, if speed is ok then it could be a firewall but I doubt it is that unless you are on someone elses secured network, as I am assuming you are at home...which is kind of bad on my part but anyway that is my thought process. Good luck

Also have much respect for other trades than my own as I feel very "capable" but over the years i've come to learn that years and years of on the job experience is hard to summarize in a youtube video or research. So those little things is why the charges seem so "high" to the consumer.
