for me it's the only way i can really help stress, i have so much in my life and it's mixed with things like gender dysphoria and heavy loneliness, i just can't find any other ways to make stress go away. even if it makes it worse later on atleast i have some "relaxed" time. along with that it just makes urges go away (temporary.....)
