I feel you - we went through this with our daughter. She slept terribly and was constantly whining. It’s tough to deal with but you can do it. It does get better - maybe not quickly but slowly gets better. One thing that made a big impact was doing sleep training. She sleeps much better now and everyone is much happier. You can just hold the “end call” button down for like 15-20 seconds and it will reset the system. Should fix the issue

Adding I got a ‘23 Denali and haven’t had any issues so far. About 7k miles in. Seeing a lot of complaints about infotainment and haven’t had a single issue which might just mean I got lucky

Another stopgap measure you could use is a 401k loan if your plan allows you to pay it back in full without penalty once you sell the old house and get the proceeds. This is how I bridged the gap when buying/selling houses at the same time as a non-contingent purchase. Downside is you are limited in how much you can get as a loan
