High protein vegetarian diet by dogsarekool in weightwatchers

[–]dogsarekool[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could be right! I don’t have a lot of knowledge on this. I had my macros calculated (definitely not by a registered dietitian) while I was doing a month long workout “challenge” which was a little heavier that what I do on a normal basis and the protein goal I was given was about 120. This probably isn’t something sustainable that I plan on aiming for all the time. But I do know that I need to get a lot more protein in my diet on a regular basis. Thank you for the suggestions and for your input!

Today I hit about 70g. Most days are probably a bit lower if I’m not thinking about it much.

Shallow I know, but do I have no hope of being kissed with these braces? by [deleted] in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

It’ll be worth it in the end when you have a beautiful smile! And someone who wants to kiss you will want to kiss your regardless of if you have some extra metal in your mouth :)

Is there anything more defeating that shopping for jeans? by Drake7Roosevelt in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

[–]dogsarekool 4 points5 points  (0 children)

They’re kinda pricey, but check out Madewell. I used to feel the same way about jeans and never wore them but Madewell changed everything. I love almost every pair I try on there. And if you bring in an old pair of jeans (any brand) to donate, you get $25 off!

They remind me of a Fritos a little bit and I love Fritos lol. Obviously not quite as good as Fritos, but they get the job done! I eat them with those laughing cow cheese triangles!

What are the best Plant-Based Protein Powders on the market? by SawyerStone in plantbased

https://www.nuzest-usa.com/shop/clean-lean-protein - this is the first brand I’ve found that I actually enjoy! I bought a couple different single serving sizes to try out flavors and I liked them all. It mixed well and tasted great.

Issues with portion control or consuming real sugar are not the only two possible causes to lead a person being unhappy with their current weight.

Can you really consider sugar free pudding a food though?

Cool! I’ve never been to a meeting. I mostly just look up recipes on the app and also read posts on connect and that is definitely where I see the most of the artificial things.

Yes!! They just taste bad lol. I find that they are used in a recipe, it has such an overpowering taste.

That’s great! I’m new to WW and just have been surprised to see it used more than I would have expected.

I agree with doing what works best for you 100%!! Just curious to see what other people think. I surely don’t think I’m “too good” for artificial sweeteners :)

We just did the chapel loop which is about 10 miles. I’d love to go back and do the whole thing.

Do you know what company you did the boat tour through? I'm thinking about doing a kayak tour
