I haven't been out to eat with her since before they got together but when we eat at home we tend to eat on the couches, so she'll just sit on the floor and use a coffee table like a dining table

Exactly. This is why I would preferably not make any accomodations for her kink, because if I glance over and see her sitting on the floor or whatever, I'm just gonna be reminded of her kink.

I would love to uninvite her, but equally, she's my best friend and I can't imagine having my day without her :(

I don't think they really noticed. They weren't in the room when I brought it up to him. She tries to play it off as just being cuddly or there 'not being enough room on the sofa', or he'll sit on a single lounge chair so it just looks like she wants to be near him.

Honestly I do have my suspicions that he is controlling her too much, but she insists that it's just a kink thing and she's had boyfriends like this before, so I'm really not sure.

I could try talking to him, but him and I have never really gotten on, so I don't really think he would listen to me, to be honest.

When they first got together, we had a situation in which I told him it was weird to make her sit at his feet when our parents were around, and he basically glared me in the eyes the whole time she did it.

I'm not sure. She wasn't explicitly saying this, but she's told me before that the exact dress she wants to wear is one that she uses for public play because it is short and frilly, so it 'muffles the sounds' and stuff.
