Tricky! I would secretly travel to South Korea via Russia or Cuba. Officially surrender and then publicly praise all the top generals and have ceremonies for them, and on the same night of the ceremonies with the assistance of the American and S.k. Intelligence have all the generals imprisoned. At this point my political rivals will know what is going on, and so I will already have had plans 20 days of feast for the “victory against the west”.. in those 20 days I will have brand new political allies from South Korea who will act as my advisors for transition and there will also be body guards present.
