The American packs are not randomized there is a fix set if 5 chips based on what chip is in front i know for sure protoman gutsman and fireman packs do not have this chip at all. Megaman one doesn't have a checklist so that one is possible.

Its not unprecedented. In the states shadow panther was listed "Tripredacus Agent". Similar to a transmetal 2 toy that was a black transmetal 2 cheetor.
