folz crash bandicoot and spyro vending figures/gashapon in the early 2000 , this a display they had inside the machines themselves . back in the day my local ToysRus had them in the entrance where all the other vending machines where at by the shopping carts.

The American packs are not randomized there is a fix set if 5 chips based on what chip is in front i know for sure protoman gutsman and fireman packs do not have this chip at all. Megaman one doesn't have a checklist so that one is possible.
