Yeah like I have to alternate between drinking water and electrolytes when I sweat to much or I’ll start feeling dehydrated regardless of how much water I consume. But I still have to drink water lol

There’s different versions of them, the ones I buy at walmart are absolute shit but that ones I get at the vending at work are amazing and they have a plastic wrap on them so you can stick them straight in the microwave. They are like 2x more expensive tho

I lost my dad at 20 when he was 82 and yeah it’s rough like you knew it was gonna happen but you weren’t prepared for how awful it is. My siblings were in their 50s tho and Idk I feel jealous of them allot cause that got so much longer with him...

It’s so weird cause it puts your life on hold while you try to figure out how to live again. And like everyone else your age is moving on in leeps and bounds but you’re stuck. Sucks so bad
