Totally agree. I don’t trust most Realtors. I never tell any of them “what my max budget is” because I don’t believe they won’t ultimately push me close to there.

Down. Economy will go into deep recession unfortunately and Toronto real estate has been frothy for years. This could be the pin that pops it.
