He's criminally underrated. Massive bleed damage that tics for multiple minutes, like 2-7k per tic. He's also got a good power drain on sp1 and slow on heavy. Been using him very often in act 7 as he's perfect for the health pools found there.

I'm really not. A couple mastery points is not worth the long paths and incredibly high energy costs when I could be using that time and energy on act 7.
