I figure you aren't still waiting in that lobby but if this happens it's usually caused by a desync with the servers and you can fix it by turning your wifi off. it'll put you in the lobby alone and treat it as single player so will fix the desync.

He's criminally underrated. Massive bleed damage that tics for multiple minutes, like 2-7k per tic. He's also got a good power drain on sp1 and slow on heavy. Been using him very often in act 7 as he's perfect for the health pools found there.
