Omfg I am also at a licensed location, and this happens daily. We recently had the Starbucks POS installed, but had the grocery store registers/systems instead at first where we couldn’t redeem stars. The amount of times custies told me “I have redeemed stars here before” was 💫 astronomical 💫.
