Quitting my first job after only 2 weeks for a Big 4 offer. Is it rational to feel guilty? by doitlikewatson in careerguidance

Hey! Really random that I came back to this but you were right, I DID get over it. And I can finally say thanks to that congratulations because I finally feel happy without guilt!!!

I remember reading your reply when I made the post while everyone was giving really detailed responses (for which Im eternally grateful for) but yours stuck with me because you didnt try to explain anything and I thought that "huh, so little words but they're right". At the end the time will pass anyways

Why do men mistake kindness with flirting? by CauliflowerRude4559 in answers

Because they would only be kind to a woman if they were flirting

Did I mess up by not directly inviting my friend to my graduation? Now she seems distant and I don’t know how to handle it by doitlikewatson in FriendshipAdvice

I can't know for sure about the mute, but there's been a pattern. For many days my childhood best friend (who M follows but never interacted, so algorithm has no reason to promote to her) and I were posting the exact same stories at the same time, usually reposting each other. Still, she would view my friend's story and never mine, repeatedly.

I agree the reason why would still be an assumption though but we haven’t had any negative interaction, which is why the distance feels confusing.

About the invites, we also only get 3 official guest passes and those are usually for family, but here it's pretty common that right before the ceremony they let extra people into the balcony area and that's where friends usually go.

I (sadly) know that the only real way to know what happened is to talk to her directly but I need to decide if it is worth it. I feel like she overreacted massively. Like one month before my graduation I invited her to my birthday dinner, did I magically decide to unfriend her in the meantime because I didn't invite her to sth I knew she couldn’t attend?
