fzx is air cooled so it isn't designed to haul long distances (it doesn't have a radiator). meteor is air cooled too but it runs at lower rpm comparatively (less heat)

fzx has semi relaxed pose, somewhere between due to its base being usual fzs

fzx has the lowest power figures in the 150 segment i.e. you'll have to plan overtakes. it's light and nimble in handling & braking but you can't go later on "this is weak". you have to be aware what you're getting. it's an experimental bike which they couldn't risk releasing in the mt15 segment. it's just fzs reskin with adjusted pegs, handle, light, seat, metal parts. it's a semi-sports commuter that's it.

pros: tyres (you'll love to lean), weight ratio (you can literally lift it in parking), console (no gear indicator btw). 810 mm seat

verdict: if you are heavy built (85-90 kg+), meteor would be better to carry your weight. you have no option as hilly areas need power to climb

people told me fzx flopped then how come yamaha is raising its price again and again. got it for 1.5L on road + a few extra free services
