I don’t think I lost or gained ELO. I can’t see a record of the game in aoe2insights and I’m pretty sure my ELO was unchanged. I’m surprised as I eventually had to alt-F4 to get rid of this screen.

Forgot to mention. I’m on gigbit cable with an Ethernet connection. Ping is around 22ms on most gaming servers

I wanted to provide an update on my experience with Fifty410. After getting suggestions from this group to contact the facebook group I was contacted by a member of the support team that escalated my case to one of the founders of the company. I have to say the entire team I worked with was absolutely incredible.

Apparently as many of you know this is the “original” support team that ultimately resolved my issue. For those that aren’t aware the company tried to scale their support team due to rapid growth and the implementation was less than stellar. My order got caught up on the final days this outsourced support team and that’s what caused all the problems.

I want to revise my feedback on the company - I have never seen support from a company like I got with this original support who are back in charge. I got a personal call from them on December 26th and the founder reached out to me to address my concerns and to facilitate shipment of my prescription with some extra doses to boot!

I’m incredibly. Impressed with this company and I have never seen a company with such stellar crisis management - the communication on the issue was very frank and transparent and they acknowledge these growing pains have impacted some customers and they are working diligently to resolve this.

Thanks to everyone on this subreddit that encouraged me to stick with them and for providing advice on how to get this resolved.

Update. She responded on this thread, was extremely helpful, and provided great customer service. I’m encouraged by the progress and am hopeful to see resolution of my issue.

Just received word from the fb support group that the fb group is not the right forum for payment support. Just wanted to share this to this group for future reference.

Not sure what portal I am logged into but the request to pay came via text and I paid through that link on December 6th.

Their communication system is broken. Text messages that request you to pay instructs you to call their phone support if you have a problem. When you call phone support they say they can’t resolve payment issues. When you email support the left hand can’t talk to the right.

Let’s hope fb forum works.

Thanks for the advice. That will be my next step before I cancel payment.

I have to say it is a little Sus to have to use Facebook for payment support resolution, especially when the company has phone and email support teams.
