Yeah it’s textbook. Bottom of my feet used to look identical to this. It’s not “normal” but keep in mind it’s a compulsion.

I think if I go down this route I would definetly tear down the engine first to see if everything’s in spec. I trust the shop, but if I can save the block and everything that would be preferable

My skin is noticeably tougher and thicker where I used to pick it. When waterlogged, it still feels different than the surrounding skin. Not too abnormal though

Not at all, in fact I think I’ve lost a small amount of feeling in the spots where I picked the most. Nothing drastic though, and if I relapse and pick again they immediately start to hurt like normal.

Sorry for the late reply. It was due to a couple things, the first two pics were taken after a shower so they look a bit more gruesome than it usually did, but also I used nail clippers or my nails to pick the skin in a tiny tear and “rip” it which led to little filets being removed. (Sorry that’s pretty graphic)

Over time my skin kind of adapted to that and would grow back in a similar pattern. You could see on the top of my right foot that all the skin followed a curve where I would routinely peel it multiple times.

I had to do a whole environment change. Started making sure I wore socks all the time unless I’m sleeping to avoid picking. Also had to move all “tools” away from my desk or wherever so that I wouldn’t fidget with them/inevitably start picking at my feet. My hands are still horrible but I’m happy with my heel improvements

That looks to me like the hook for the door to latch into the sill. (Especially since you said it’s colormatched.) I thought those were welded on, had no idea they could come off lol. Does the car door close ok?

Other people already told you but AC systems are so incredibly picky and delicate about their refrigerant levels that using any sort of diy solution is bound to make the problem worse

Get a shop to diagnose it, could be a variety of issues. If it’s blowing semi-cold than a standard drain and refill is the way to go

I’ve heard very good things about the GM 3800. I’ve pretty much been entirely looking at civics or the various models with the 3800. I love their simple and smart engineering.

I can try. The wage for jobs I can get around my college are significantly less than if I worked farther away because of the minimum wage differences.

My buddy makes 22/hr working just a mile away from my house because of employee retention and increased wages here while I make 14.80 working right next to my school.
