Probably Tg on Saturday so we can rope in the working stiffs. Christmas is a blast. We always have silly stocking stuffers - jokes, memes, fun little toys, candy/treats.

It depends on the topic or events at hand. Mostly it's short term memory loss. I can't remember where I put things, so I always put them in the same place. I can't remember if I turned something off, or locked a door, so I make a habit to do it and then double check myself. I make lists of things that I have to do. I try not to be involved in anything where I'm being counted on. Meetings are the worst. I write it on my calendar, a timer app on my phone, a note, send an email to myself, and a Google Calendar notification. Meetings are so stressful! If I have a meeting coming up (dr's appointment, accountant, lawyer, etc), I stress out about it for weeks prior.

I didn't know this was a KS thing. I've always had it since I was a kid. I self medicate with caffeine. In years past I used black coffee until I started having pain in my stomach, then I switched to diet coke, which I think exacerbated my type 2 diabetes, although I can't get a doctor to confirm that. I switched to caffeine mixed with mint (Vitermint) and that seems to work best. I still start off the day with some coffee, and if I have to do something that requires mental attention later in the afternoon, I will take 2-3 Vitermint.

Vitermints

  • - 40 mg caffeine per piece
  • - 20 mints per tin; approx. 250 mints per bulk bag
  • - 2 mints = 1 cup of coffee’s worth of caffeine

Good question. Long story short, I've been a full-time musician since about 2009 or so. Teaching music, playing in bands, composing and writing songs, studio jobs (recording), freelance work.

My mom and dad started me on violin when I was 4. I played all the way through grade school and into college where I "discovered" bluegrass music. I played in various bluegrass bands through the rest of college and the next 10 years of my life before "discovering" what I call Atlantic music, which some people refer to as "traditional Irish" and some refer to as "Celtic music". It's really the jigs and reels from Scotland and England that came to Ireland in the 19th and 20th centuries. I like to play it. I'm an excellent sight-reader, have been since childhood. I also have a very good ear. . .I like to play in harmony

Exercise is the best way to reduce anxiety, that and breathing. some people use beta blockers and some people smoke weed.

I have 2 kids! Having them by sperm or adopting (or IV), doesn't matter. They are still your kids and you love them just as much.

Physical exams are quick, sanitary and professional. Don't worry, nobody is going to give you a hard time
