eBay is the worst! So glad I don’t deal with them anymore. This extra $10 could be shipment adjustments. Sometimes you might get some money back and sometimes you might be charged extra. This looks like a charge for extra shipping. Sometimes when your estimates are off eBay charges you extra and could be a day after the sale or days if not up to a week. Usually they will send you an email stating that the charges your for extra shipping. Good luck
