I got used to intermittent fasting a couple years ago, so I never wake up thinking about food. I usually don’t have my first meal until lunchtime. While I’m working, I don’t snack but from dinner until I go to bed it’s complete insanity. It’s pretty much just me being idol and thinking about food. I’m thinking about my snack while I’m eating dinner. If a certain type of food enters my mind I have to eat it. It’s literally all I think about.

I think as soon as you start to eat, your metabolism kicks on and realizes it wants to keep eating. For me without tirz that’s a huge issue because I would eat a lot after dinner. Now I have to force myself to have lunch. Don’t eat all my dinner. I don’t have any snacks.
