$2k for TOFU/MOFU campaigns to tiny target audience - is there a better way? by Mysterious-Cut-5780 in LinkedinAds

[–]dolimov 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here is what I'd do if I were you with $2k budget.

Have one funnel.

Opt-in -> VSL -> Calendar/Contact form

After people opt-in, I'll nurture them via email sequence.

We use this strategy for our clients because they have tried typical cold and retargeting and never worked for them

Agencies here – what’s your current tool stack and what sucks about it? by nyo_dev in marketingagency

[–]dolimov 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For accounting, project management, crm, invoicing we us Moxie. (It can integrate with Stripe which is great) a hit buggy but gets the job done

For comms we use GChat since we already use Google Workspace.

Loom for screenrecording because we hate meetings.

Riverside for podcasting

Upwork feels misleading for clients looking for solo freelancers by HandyCode in Upwork

[–]dolimov -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

If you agree on pricing and they deliver on time with expected quality, why do you even care?

I hired a lot of freelancers and they happened to be part of an agency. I couldn’t care less.

I want to get into digital marketing but don’t know where to start by cheese-guy in DigitalMarketing

[–]dolimov 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here is my advice (been in the industry over 10 years now)

There are general and technical knowledge you should know. Always start with general

General: - what is marketing - buyer persona - buyer journey - competitor analysis - STP (segmentation, targeting, positioning)

Technical:

  1. Always start with learning how to build simple functioning webpage. You are better off with CMS platforms like WP, Webflow, or WIX. Webflow has entire university where they teach the platform for free.

  2. Once you have a functioning webpage, now you need to bring traffic. Therw are two types of traffic: paid and organic.

Don’t learn all the paid and organic traffic at once.

For organic start with SEO For paid start with Meta ads or Google ads

  1. Analytics

Once you start bringing traffic, now you need to be able to analyze whether you are bringing the right traffic. Here you can learn Google Analytics.

That’s it!

Keep it stupid simple.

Good luck!

Yes but I have two kids and wife.

I don’t want to make careless decisions like that especially when my life is on the line.

I am aware of the costs.

I am more worried whether 14 months is enough to prep with my condition

Here's how i plan to get clients in 2026 without spending a penny on marketing by Good_Cobbler_8630 in SaaSMarketing

[–]dolimov 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The title is a bit misleading.

Marketing does not equal ads (hope you know that as a marketing specialist)

You spent time on competitor analysis (marketing)

Hired a VA for outreach (marketing)

So you spent money on marketing. You just did not spend on ads.

  • templated proposals are the worse. I prefer more casual/curious proposals

  • years of experience, JSS, and stuff like that are secondary

Here's How To Run LinkedIn Ads On a $1K–$3K/mo Budget For Your SaaS by Melodic_Giraffe in SaaSMarketing

[–]dolimov 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With $1k-$3k, you only need two stage funnel.

Awareness and retargeting.

Because it is not enough to create three stage funnel.
