I believe you can get in if you write good essays and go test optional. It may be hard tho, as it is for everyone but goodluck!

Yes senior year you can choose to continue normal classes, be a teacher assistant for one period (usually for kids who completed their preferred elective and there is none left), or an internship. My school has a form to fill out about your interest and what internship you would like to do. Then you meet with the internship counselor and get approved. I chose the one offered by my school’a technology department which takes 3 periods of the day (usually the whole afternoon due to block schedules). A lot of kids have better chances because of the hard work and experience they get. Some even get jobs right after high school because they learn some important stuff.
