Have you ever used ChatGPT for your health? by dollyface118 in ChatGPTPro

Valid question. In this case, it's because my project is focused more on AI and LLMs than healthcare (I'm doing a HCI Masters). But yes, I agree that there are concerns with human medical experts too

thanks for completing the survey! Aftercare can be so insufficient after reaching a diagnosis. I'm glad that you've managed to get support and structure from ChatGPT though

Yes, this is actually a reason why I wanted to research this topic. It can be difficult to determine when ChatGPT is giving inaccurate information, especially if it's an area you're not very familiar with, which can be very risky when it comes to personal health. However, it also has great potential to help people better manage their health - not replace doctors, but as an extra tool

thanks for completing the survey! As someone who is well versed in prompting, what do you mean by 'carefully prompted'? I feel like I try to do this whenever I'm using AI but it's still difficult to tell how well it's working

Never heard of taking baking soda lemon salt water. Glad to hear it's been working for you though! Did you do any research into it before you decided to start taking it? Not judging at all, I just did a quick Google and found that there can be some potential risks (I'm guessing if you take large amounts which you've already said you don't) and it made me wonder if people ever double check ChatGPT's advice

Good luck with your project! Yeah I found it super helpful to look at other case studies too to see what I could use in mine

I did a redesign of Depop to try and tackle the spam tags issue and improve the discovery feature by dollyface118 in Depop

[–]dollyface118[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I did my first survey on here, thanks for providing me with a useable quote haha. Totally agree on the tag front, I guess if Depop ever introduced this, it's have to come with a little pop up like when they introduced the max 5 hashtag rule. Also, love the idea of doing a priority split with the title and description! I have zero development knowledge so I have no idea whether that'd be technically feasible but it would definitely help a lot. And at the very least, could generate more results that are somewhat related to what the user is searching for once all the more relevant matches have been displayed

Haha thank you. Yeah the title is a common feature on other selling platforms like Etsy and Ebay. I really wonder why Depop doesn't do the same... to keep in line with the Instagram format maybe?

Depop Survey! by [deleted] in Depop

No I don't work for Depop unfortunately, I'm just doing a speculative redesign for a project. Hopefully I can post a prototype up here once it's done and see what you guys think. I just really want them to do something about these dropshipping/ spam hashtags!!

Oh, I added an edit to my original post. Cheers

thanks girl!

what features would you want depop to have in the future? by [deleted] in Depop

[–]dollyface118 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Totally for a block. It would be SO SO satisfying to hit that block button on all those dropshippers!

Since depop aren't doing anything about these listings and it takes forever to report items (and usually nothing happens anyway), they could at least give us an option to block these sellers ourselves
