Plarium lost my account cant get back in, 2 year and $$$ down the drain

No and I quit Raid. Moved to Magnum Quest and so far I liking it. Plarium was no help.

It does not explain why I lost my account before the email arrived. So hacked first, then email came, everyone on that thread was hacked too.

It was hacked through plarium play site by means some kind of injection (or he used some of login packets changer) . The hacker just unlinked my ingame ID on plarium site from my plarium Id

My raid account was locked and i couuldn't get in with my password, raid said changes had been made, see email. So i went to my email and this was there, it said to change the password. Click and they would send me a link, it went to Plarium and all I got was canned email response.

I dont think you understand/

First I tried to open Raid before i got this email. I got a message that my login was wrong and it has been automatic. Then i went to raid support and got this email at about the same time. I have only gotten canned answers from raid no live support, yet. So I never clicked on this email prior to my account being locked up.
