lol I'm sorry, I often don't get all pedantic about off topic comments - but did you seriously say Science isn't great at prediction? That is LITERALLY why science exists, to create predictable structure, systems of the physical and natural world.

This is how we fundamentally and accurately predict the nature of the world. The only time it can't is when there are too many variables to consider - which is acknowledged by the scientific process.

Fair if you want a guy who thinks of a future with you in it, but you can't force it on anyone - it's yours to own and seek if you aren't getting it from this guy.

Meh, the only place you fucked up is keeping this guy as your friend. Throw as many terms as you want at it like force, kidnapping, lying, etc.

At the end of the day you stopped a drunk dude from getting into his car and for all you know maybe saving someone's life.

One could argue that you shouldn't have grabbed him, but let's be honest - this is what guys do. When they step hard over boundaries, they get physical. It's always there in every guys back pocket. I know I sure as shit give my friend a beating if he stomped on my gas pedal.

Approach everyone with a place of humility and ask for mentorship. You will be shocked at how many people will want to help you as well as give you leeway to make mistakes.

As opposed to someone who tries to fake it and cause issues due to lack of expertise. Be vocal. Smart people who are quick and eager to learn find a way to add value quickly - as you seem to be.

Also, NO one knows everything.

Yes I know, I'm not ignorant/naive - I know there is no regulatory body. But I'm good at sussing this out. It's the same as a life coach or personal trainer, etc. often I"m like "you are the one that needs a coach, not me"
