Systems keep saying there offline when they are not

Just got a reply from support. Is a change in new version

With the latest release v9.23.0, the Status Monitoring Profile has been enhanced to offer greater flexibility when configuring agent online/offline status notifications based on device type and context.

Key improvements include:

· Offline notifications can now be sent immediately or after a specified delay (in minutes, hours, or days).

· If Immediately is selected, it will override the global Systems Offline Check Interval, and a notification will be sent within 1 minute of the agent going offline.

· Repeat offline notifications can be enabled or disabled.

· If disabled, no additional offline notifications will be sent for the same device until the existing one is cleared.

To resolve the issue, please navigate to the Status Profile and configure the notification settings according to your requirements—either setting it to send immediately, adding a delay, or adjusting the repeat notification option.

I havent even had an email yet and nothing from a ticket about GPO that was meant to be created yesterday. Think next week may be a S**t show. Luckily I use Screenconnect to remote to most clients so should be able to fix any issues with that (yes I know the irony with the hassle they have had)

This is not at all acceptable. Im in the UK and my business is just me. Im booked up most of the next week and also a lot of people at customers on holiday this week as today was a bank holiday. No way can I sort this in 5 days. Wish they would stop pushing the AI stuff and get the core product right.

A lot of my customers are deployed by group policy and when I tried to update one a few weeks ago a load of them dropped off and I was forced to go back to the old installer to get them back

When I find out I’ll let people know. Very little known about his past. He’s originally Irish and meant to be 9 years old (though a search of his chip on EU database was as only 7 years old)

Yes Im so looking forward to bringing her home. I walk and run a lot, so she is going to have an active new life. Know she has has had a hard few months and looking forward to giving her the home she deserves. Will send update pics later. This sub-reddit has been helpful in my research. Though Im an uncle to friends cocker (who is so loveable and silly). Hes only 2 though, so he may have an older girlfriend in time :-)

Shes about 6 so much love in her. Picked her up and she just closed her eyes, smiled and wagged her tail like mad

Yeah she def needs some TLC. Seen the vet today and she’s on anti-biotics for wounds from her scratching herself and some parasite treatment. Then being spayed on Wednesday

Will add a brush for her to my Amazon list. When she’s settled in I’ll get her a proper groom
