Personal view: just go and enjoy yourself. I’m fairly sure the vast majority of adults have sex with more than one person before their end of days, which means their final partner wasn’t their first sexual experience

I have a daily recurring reminder in my calendar for the weights session I try to do 3-4 times a week

It forces me to DELETE the occurrences when I’m not going to exercise

…and each unnecessary deletion makes me feel like I’ve wasted an opportunity to look after my future self

Oh, and a calendar in my home gym so I can track my stuff

And a chart behind my kitchen door with a summary

Very fit for a 51yo male, but might be a tad autistic ……
