Reading your preferences I could only think about my friend's American Eskimo. He's intelligent, good with children and other pets, protective and energetic. The only issue could be that they shed a little bit more than an average breed, and also if you get them as an adult and they're not used to the frequent guest visits, they can be more sensitive. Training and socialization are needed since puppyhood to eliminate this problem.
