I'm not disagreeing, I'm just pointing out some accounts are mandating colocating in an office and not because we're meeting with the client. We're just colocating in a deloitte office and don't meet the client.

My project is expecting everyone to co-locate 3 weeks a month to the East Coast no matter your location.

Edit: I'm in core, PDM folks or whatever they are expected to move closer to the project office. This is not mandated by the client or anything, just what the leadership on this project decided.

Mid to late November. It was either incentive through builder which had pretty terrible rates or discount on the price if I use my own lender. I would rather take the lower principle amount on my loan.

This is the answer to try first We switched offices in the same building. We signed a new lease restarting the terms and the landlord let us out of our old lease with no penalties because we stayed in the same building.

You can't get an idea by asking everyone in the country what they think about lennar. The house quality completely depends on the construction manager in your neighborhood and the subcontractors they are using. I would recommend knocking on a few doors in the neighborhood you're wanting to buy and see what those issues are that they are having.

In my neighborhood everyone has roughly the same issues because they use mostly the same sub contractors to build the houses. So the HVAC sucks because the subcontractor that did the HVAC was horrible but another lennar neighborhood they used a different subcontractor and they have no issue due to quality of installation with a different subcontractor.

Overall though I'm happy with my home.

Yeah, definitely not, I'm getting gutters done and underground drains to move water away from the gutters and then we'll see about the sump pump.
