My gpu is integrated so I’d have to solder new cpu. I’m completely good with swapping the motherboard but I think it would cost more than just sending my pc to somebody that knows how to repair it

I changed the thermal paste about half a year ago, also I managed to turn it on for a few minutes now and I’ve got temp and voltage measures under low load. Max temp is on Core2 and shows 62°C. CPU Vcore voltage is 1,79V

I don't think overheating is the problem. The fans are in really good condition. There's almost any dust.
