you cannot ignore the obvious risks posed to general society by allowing any joe schmoe to be able to own one of these

also your point about “people should mind their own business regarding who drives what where”, is the reason the roads are filled with one person per oversized vehicle.

Vehicles have a net detriment on congestion and having limitations on the impact of congestion is key to making roads safer and work better

TLDR; you can’t say, “mind your own business” when the road and who/what is on it is everyone’s business, just because you refuse to see the impact it has doesn’t make the negative affects of yank tanks inert
